Victoria Roche is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed through the International Coach Federation. She provides coaching by phone, SKYPE, and in person at her office in Morristown, New Jersey. Her expertise includes goal setting, planning and time management. She is intrigued with the unique qualities of individuals and has a keen ability to help her clients focus on their strengths.
Victoria coaches people who are experiencing a life transition such as job change or re-entering the work force after extended absence, and people who are contemplating a career change. She has extensive experience coaching young adults in identifying a satisfying and meaningful occupational fit.
Her ideal clients include people who want to use their passions and creativity but need help getting unstuck, driven people that want to succeed but lack clarity about direction and the next steps to take in life, and, adults and students with Attention Deficit Disorder who are motivated and ready to make improvements in life, work or school.
Philosophy: Integrates theories of positive psychology into her coaching business, an approach that focuses on personal strengths, talents and innate gifts that every individual possesses. She continues to build on her knowledge of positive psychology research and approaches through participation in the Mentor Coach Alliance for Positive Psychology, where lectures are given by prominent experts in the field including Dr. Martin Seligman, Chris Peterson, Sonya Lyubomirsky, Ed Deiner and others. Victoria has a BA in Psychology from Montclair State University, Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University, training in family therapy, life coaching and AD/HD Coaching and is also a Certified MBTI Practitioner.
